PROJECT 1: INDUSTRIALIZED BUILDING SYSTEM 

In a group of 6, we are required to design a 3-storey apartment block using mainly IBS components. As a team, we need to produce a physical model of our design and record all the process in a video. This project enables us to have a better understanding in different types of IBS construction method and apply appropriate IBS construction method in the process of designing and producing the model of an apartment building to achieve higher IBS score. 

PROJECT 2: CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS  

it is an integrated project with Design Studio 5. We are required to analyse and document the construction methods and materials of our Studio 5 proposed design. Precedent studies must be conducted to choose and understand the selected construction method for the community library design, We should include the roof system, structural system and 2 facade design schemes in our report.
